Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross 2022 Facelift
Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross 2022 Facelift – Mitsubishi has released the first look at the redesigned New Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross 2022, the next step in the company’s commitment to delivering a showroom full of new and extensively redesigned vehicles. Eclipse Cross 2022 will take style cues from the e-Evolution concept (pictured below). It was a bold electric SUV that was introduced at the 2017 Tokyo Motor Show before making its North American debut a year later at the Los Angeles Auto Show.
Design Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross 2022 Facelift
This updated model radically transforms the front and rear designs, delivering a more luxurious and energetic design to complement the sleek SUV style. Take a closer look at the adjacent teaser image and you can see the revised front and rear fascia reflected in the rearview mirror flanking the crossover. We’ve tweaked the exposure and brightness of the image to reveal more design details. On the front, we can see new headlights, improved grils, and C-shaped trim.
Facelift models are scheduled to go on sale in the United States in the first quarter of 2021, meaning official disclosures will be made in the coming weeks or months. That’s all Mitsubishi wants to reveal for now, along with refreshing our memories of how it plans to spruce up deals in North America. We’ll have to wait and see what improvements Mitsubishi has planned for the interior and maybe even under its hood.

The most noticeable change is at the back, where the separate rear glass design in the eclipse cross pre-facelift is made more natural on the facelift variant. The change will certainly change the light model that previously seemed more integrated with the body, other changes are also in the larger rear spoilers as well as the design-changing bumpers.
Engine Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross 2022 Facelift
It appears that Mitsubishi will still maintain a 4B40-coded MIVEC Turbo 1,500cc engine that delivers 152 HP of power and 250 Nm of torque, while for the American market it gets an updated 2.2-liter turbodiesel variant engine to meet emissions standards.
